Boshi (pronounced Boh-Shee), which is Japanese for "hat", is a mischevious little penguin who lives at the Sciene Base Station. He loves to rummage through all of the scientific research at the facility and play with the equipment while the "Tall-Walkers" are away. Though he has been caught by the Tall-Walkers on several occasions, and is recongized as the culprit in most mishaps and messes, he is just too darn cute for the Tall-Walkers to punish him. And besides, often times great advances in their research have come from his bungling. They have decided to adopt him in hopes of training him, and to observe his reactions to different situations. To Boshi, this is all just a very fun game, and he loves to make a mess!
However, even the Tall-Walkers have their limits, and cuteness only goes so far. This something that Boshi often has to learn the hard way, falling into traps that the Tall-Walkers have set out for him. Though he hasn't yet figured out how to escape the traps, he has learned that it is better to just avoid them and stay out of trouble.
But it is just sooooooo tempting...
